The hotel had a lovely and cozy atmosphere, with beautiful decorations that reminded me of my grandmother's house. The common areas were easily accessible even for us seniors, with comfortable seating and plenty of space to relax. It was nice to see that the hotel catered well to older guests.
The only thing I would have liked is for the staff to be more attentive to the needs and concerns of the older guests. Sometimes it felt like they were more focused on the younger crowd and didn't pay as much attention to us.

We had a wonderful stay at this centrally located apartment. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the old town and close to shopping and other activities. Despite the old exterior, the interior was updated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the apartment was spacious and well-supplied, with a kitchen and private bathroom. the hosts were helpful and friendly, and we appreciated the free parking for our car. it was a great value, although a bit on the high side compared to our other accommodations in Europe.
Nothing negative to say. 👍.

Private shower and sink in room. Fridge in room. the owners went out of their way to make our Easter trip enjoyable, even providing waterproofing spray for our boots and gloves. the location was excellent, with stunning mountain views and close proximity to cafes and a short walk into the town center.
The bed was very soft and uncomfortable. the toilet was located outside the room, down a shared hallway, which was inconvenient.

The value for money was excellent and the room was comfortable and well-furnished. The location was super central, just a 5-minute walk from the old town, and the staff, especially Rebecca at reception, were kind and friendly.
Hotel breakfast could have been better with more variety and options.

I recently stayed at Absteige Innsbruck and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the city center. The hotel was nice and quiet, with a beautiful secluded back garden. The amenities provided in the room, including a kitchen/diner and private bathroom with a shower, were excellent. The comfortable bed and ample storage space for clothes were also appreciated. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the free Wi-Fi and large screen TV were great additions to the room.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect starting point for exploring the beautiful Alps - a charming mix of town and mountains. Convenient bus stop right outside the door. Onsite terrace and garden for relaxation. Totally enjoyed the rooftop bar or alpine hut experience. I was in good hands at Absteige.
Juggling a noisy room above and a freezing ordeal locked out without any help from the "helpful" owner - what a fabulous experience!

We had the sickest time, yo! First, we hit up the ideal starting point for shred-worthy snow fun. We were carving it up on the slopes like champs! Then, we discovered the dopest forest hiking trail nearby. The views were unreal! And not gonna lie, the array of activities in the area was straight up insane. We went cycling, mountain biking, and even tried out some kick-ass water sports. So much adrenaline, bro!
But if I had to ask for one thing, it would be for some more late-night party spots. Don't get me wrong, the place was dope, but we were looking to turn up the vibe even more.

Our stay at the apartment was fantastic! The value for money was great, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to the old town and public transportation. The staff, especially Rebecca, was incredibly sweet and helpful throughout our stay.
The hotel breakfast could use some improvement, maybe offering a wider variety of options.

Our stay at Absteige Innsbruck was an absolute delight for our family of snow enthusiasts. The location of the apartments was perfect, serving as an ideal starting point for endless fun in the snow. We were within walking distance of the first forest hiking trail, where we could immerse ourselves in the beautiful winter wonderland. The kids had a blast building snowmen and having snowball fights, while my wife and I enjoyed the breathtaking views and peaceful atmosphere. It truly was a winter paradise just steps away from our doorstep.
My wife says that it would have been great if there were more family-friendly activities available, specifically tailored for children. While the location was fantastic for snow activities, there were limited options for entertainment geared towards kids.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. the location was ideal with easy access to the city center via the nearby bus stop. the Welcome card provided free transportation on buses and trams, making getting around hassle-free. the buses ran frequently and the apartment was conveniently located near a supermarket. the church bells were not an issue for us and the overall experience was comfortable.
Felt happy, no reason to complain.

During my recent business trip to Innsbruck, I had the pleasure of staying at Absteige Innsbruck- Zentrale Ferienapartments. The hotel was chosen by my director and it turned out to be an excellent choice. One of the highlights of my stay was the seasonal pool, which was open from May. The pool provided a refreshing and relaxing escape after a long day of work. It added a touch of luxury to my stay and allowed me to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
While my overall experience at Absteige Innsbruck- Zentrale Ferienapartments was fantastic, there was one minor issue that I encountered during my stay.

Waking up to loud church bells like I'm starring in a horror movie.
